Admin Dashboard

This product design is for a common-use airline kiosk management tool, where the goal is to create something that both marketers and technical engineers can utilize. For the technical users, we provide detailed device health information and analytics to help debug hardware issues. For the marketers, we also provide those analytics but in a way that lets them understand the usage stats of their kiosks and how efficiently they're functioning.

Having a product that serves different kinds of users in different ways presents unique challenges from a design perspective. To begin though, we identified the most critical user stories and then determined the information hierarchy. Several iterations were discussed and researched, but we ended up going with the modular design you can see below. This will allow users to customize their dashboard for whichever purpose they find most useful.
